One of our core products is the industry-leading “Smart Sensing Wafer”. The Smart Sensing Wafer can penetrate deep into the wafer fabrication process to detect the internal status of the equipment, including vibration, tilt change, and environmental temperature and humidity, through highly accurate sensors, and transmit the data back to the centralized monitoring platform in real time through advanced wireless communication technology. In addition, the wafers can be integrated into intelligent logistics systems, such as AGVs and OHTs, to realize automated wafer handling and full-process monitoring in clean rooms, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs.
In addition, we have also launched the “Vibrec Ultra-thin Vibration and Temperature/Humidity Sensor”, which is only 4mm thick and is very suitable for installation in process equipment with limited space. It can accurately and instantly monitor the vibration of the equipment and the temperature/humidity of the environment, and quickly return the data to the monitoring platform through wireless communication to help engineers grasp the status of the equipment in real time and carry out the maintenance plan in advance, so that sudden failures can be avoided effectively. This helps engineers to know the status of the equipment in real time and carry out maintenance plans in advance, thus effectively avoiding sudden failures.
Another innovative product is the Smart Sound Diagnostic (SSD) system, which is designed for critical equipment in the semiconductor industry, such as Dry Pumps, Turbo Pumps, and Chilled Water Hosts. The system uses high-precision sound sensing technology to accurately monitor changes in sound patterns during equipment operation, quickly identify abnormalities and perform fault prediction for early maintenance, effectively reducing the risk of equipment downtime and maintenance costs.
Tranzx also provides special vibration damping solutions, including high-performance Gel Damper and Gel Base, which can effectively reduce vibration during equipment operation, improve equipment stability and production environment, and enhance wafer fabrication yields and overall equipment lifespan. Especially in precision machinery or highly sensitive equipment, the application of gel components can significantly improve the performance of the equipment and further protect the product quality.
