●測試模式：機台可實現從2x8site到單site的切換，支持多種模式；
●溫控功能：50~150℃±3℃，預溫盤，梭車，測壓頭，測試docking固定板，共四處配寘加熱模塊；
●測壓模塊：配寘精密浮動頭和socket疊料感測器，自動計算測壓力，最高支持240kgf；
●料梭模塊：XY兩個方向均配寘了感測器，精准檢測梭車內是否疊料或未放平，保護資料；
