We are pleased to announce that our company will undertake the development of a large-scale rental office building in Ōzu Town, Kikuchi District, Kumamoto JAPAN. Upon completion, it will be one of the largest office facilities in the region.
Strategically located just a two-minute walk from JR Higo-Ozu Station on the Hōhi Main Line, the site offers excellent accessibility. It is approximately an eight-minute drive (about 3.5 km) from the Semicon Techno Park, a hub for semiconductor-related industries including JASM’s first plant. This prime location is ideally suited for both commuting and business operations.
The building will feature high-grade specifications, including emergency power generators capable of supplying electricity directly to individual tenant spaces, ensuring business continuity and operational resilience.
Designed to serve as a strategic base for semiconductor suppliers and other related enterprises, the facility is scheduled for completion in January 2027.
