MPP Fastener Corporation was established in 1993, situated near the Hsinchu Science Park, a hub renowned for pioneering science and technology in Taiwan.     INCONEL®600:

  • Haynes® 242:

    • Fluorination resistance: Good antioxidant capacity below 760°C
    • Gaseous fluorine and hydrogen fluoride gases:Good corrosion resistance below 900°C
    • Chlorination : Great in reducing reaction environment
    • Chloride salt & Fluoride salt : Good corrosion resistance below 900°C
    • Hydrogen embrittlement: medium to high
    • Chlorine corrosion resistance: Excellent

    Inconel®  X-750:

    • High strength at temperatures of 816°C after suitable heat treatment
    • Creep-rupture strength at high temperatures to about 700°C 
    • High tensile and creep-rupture properties
    • Resistance to a wide variety of industrial corrosives under both oxidizing and reducing conditions
    • Excellent workability including machinability and welding

    Inconel®  718 :

    • Exhibits excellent formability in the solution-annealed condition
    • Demonstrates superior mechanical properties and high fatigue resistance in the hardened condition
    • Provides outstanding creep resistance and rupture strength at 700 °C
    • Maintains excellent oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 1000 °C
    • Delivers exceptional mechanical performance at cryogenic temperatures
