Overview

YUJAY Technology INC, founded in 2007, has a strong foundation in vacuum and coating technologies.
The company began with customized vacuum chambers and diffusion pumps, and in 2013 launched its own coating equipment line,
covering evaporation, sputtering, CVD, and ALD systems, widely applied in the optoelectronics and semiconductor industries.

In recent years, YUJAY has expanded its semiconductor-focused solutions.
In 2025, it partnered with Sindin to introduce advanced surface treatment and inspection systems,
including plasma cleaners, contact angle measurement instruments, and automated inspection platforms,
enabling higher yield and efficiency in wafer processing, packaging, and advanced material applications.
At the same time, YUJAY collaborates with Onework to integrate digital twin solutions into semiconductor fabs and smart factories,
offering BIM cloud management, asset monitoring, smart infrastructure, and carbon management — empowering clients toward intelligent manufacturing and sustainable operations.

Beyond semiconductors, YUJAY also extends into medical devices and electromechanical project management engineering,
showcasing cross-industry integration capabilities.
Its
Lungwin Negative Pressure Ventilator won the National Innovation Award,
while its project management division provides PMC services for TIA-942 Rated-3 electromechanical projects,
strengthening its position in smart infrastructure.

Today, YUJAY combines semiconductor process equipment, surface inspection technologies, and smart factory digital twins,

  • Ultrasonic Dry Cleaner
    The ultrasonic generator supplies clean gas at a pressure of 8-16 kPa to the chamber and produces a frequency above 20 kHz. This ultrasonic energy and vibration are used to dislodge dust particles from the material’s surface, effectively cleaning it....

    • Heating temperature can reach up to 1250°C with precise control of ±1°C.
    • An infrared halogen lamp tube is used, providing a maximum heating rate of 150°C per second.
    • It meets the requirements for mass production of SIC (Silicon Carbide).
    • The fully automatic dual-chamber design that enhances process capabilities.
    • Applying PID control to accurately regulate temperature rise and ensure reproducible results.
    • Atmospheric or vacuum plasma is an option for integrating into RTP equipment.
