vacuum gauges, all made in South Korea. With
integrated production and R&D facilities in
Bucheon, we manage the full process from design
to A/S, enabling fast response and reliable delivery.
The integrated vacuum gauge combines the sensor
and controller into a single compact unit for direct
mounting onto a vacuum chamber. It supports real-time monitoring, space-saving installation, and
seamless communication with higher-level systems such as PCs or PLCs. Additionally, built-in relay
outputs allow control of external equipment,
making it ideal for automation and system
integration. This model is well-suited for compact
environments like semiconductor and display
equipment.
All of our products are certified with CE, RoHS,
and other international standards, and are trusted
by companies like Samsung, SK Hynix, and LG, as
well as national research institutes. Through this
exhibition, we aim to expand globally and build
