This machine realizes fully automatic reel loading, unloading, tape winding, masking tape application and barcode scanning. It finishes reel switching within 30 seconds without production shutdown, supporting non-stop continuous manufacturing. Compatible with 7–13-inch reels and 12–56 mm carrier tapes, it adapts to diverse packaging specifications. Equipped with full closed-loop inspection, it achieves over 99.9% success rate for tape insertion and reel exchange, with 100% label verification to avoid mixed lots.
Boasting reliable stability with MTBA ≥6 hours and MTBF ≥168 hours, ARC supports seamless communication with MES, APL and AMHS systems.
