We have developed and manufactured more than 1,000 high-precision motion control products and a number of customized motion control solutions. Products include linear motors, voice coil motors, modular products and high-end precision gantry motion platforms; application industries include automation, electric vehicles, semiconductors, optics and other processes that focus on accuracy, speed and stability; application areas include AOI automatic optical inspection equipment, IC integrated circuit packaging and packaging and automated packaging processes.

AI 時代半導體先進封裝與共封裝光學(CPO)市場持續蓬勃發展中。具備奈米級定位精度、低熱漂移、高動態響應及光學主動對位整合能力的多軸定位平台、空氣軸承平台、線性馬達及運動控制系統，將成為半導體先進封裝與共封裝光學設備製造商的關鍵採購項目，CPO 製程需要大量奈米級定位、自動化組裝及光學量測設備，因此精密運動控制平台是關鍵設備之一。
精密自動化國際集團PBA碧綠威區域業務經理陳勁諱，將於9月4日國際半導體展專家開講舞台(南港展覽二館Q6252)分享「驅動 AI 時代半導體先進封裝與共封裝光學(CPO)的精密運動平台技術」。講題涵括次世代半導體先進封裝高精度熱壓鍵合龍門架、雙架龍門平台、空氣軸承平台與多軸驅動等技術，可透過整合預防熱變形技術與高精度同步多軸運動控制，為覆晶之晶片鍵合（flip-chip bonding）、熱壓鍵合（thermo-compression bonding）、混合鍵合（hybrid bonding）及 AOI檢測等提供解決方案。歡迎蒞臨指教。
PBA碧綠威自動化全球產品行銷經理袁美倫表示，在今年的八月台北國際自動化展和和九月半導體展上，其公司將展出最新的PFG 6000半導體先進封裝高精度熱壓鍵合龍門與多軸精密等系列產品。PFG 6000熱壓鍵合龍門可有效抑制傳統封裝焊接製程引起的翹曲（Warpage）問題，滿足 2.5D／3D 異質整合封裝的高精度製程需求。
