  • Shanghai Jiehong Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. has recently completed the upgrade and iteration of its diaphragm valve series.

    The upgraded products now feature additional VCR male fixed ports and VCR female floating ports.

    They are widely compatible with fluid piping systems in the semiconductor and chemical industries.

    The products have passed rigorous third-party testing and can meet the requirements of high-purity fluid transmission applications.

  • Recently, our company has provided customized vacuum and cooling piping systems for JCET’s thin-film battery deposition equipment. The project aims to improve equipment operational stability, process accuracy and production efficiency, and meet the stringent requirements of advanced packaging for high cleanliness, high-precision temperature control and stable vacuum environment.
     
    From the industry perspective, China’s semiconductor sector is accelerating domestic substitution. As one of the world’s top three packaging and testing enterprises, JCET has secured numerous orders from leading global clients, with an urgent demand for capacity expansion and technological upgrading. This delivery not only optimizes JCET’s existing production lines, but also provides critical infrastructure support for its future capacity expansion in cutting-edge fields such as HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) and 3D advanced packaging.
     
    The core technologies of the project are as follows:
     
    - Vacuum Piping System: It maintains ultra-high cleanliness and airtightness to prevent particulate contamination that may compromise thin-film deposition quality.

    - Cooling Piping System: It realizes precise temperature control to ensure stable equipment operation under high-temperature processes and avoid device failure caused by thermal stress.

    - System Integration: It enables seamless connection with the deposition equipment, supports automatic control and remote monitoring, and enhances the overall intelligence of production lines.
     
    This successful delivery demonstrates Jiehong’s strong engineering capabilities in precision fluid control systems, and also reflects the improved collaboration across China’s domestic semiconductor industrial chain. Driven by the surging demand for AI computing power, advanced packaging has become a crucial link in the semiconductor industry.
