Overview

Ohmplus Technology focuses on high-efficiency RF and phased-array measurement technologies, delivering integrated solutions that span from R&D validation to volume production testing. The company helps electronics and semiconductor industries shorten test time and reduce overall test cost in increasingly high-frequency and complex system environments.

Ohmplus’ product portfolio centers on high-throughput measurement and modular system design, covering OTA wireless testing, RF FEM group testing, and phased-array antenna development kits. Its solutions serve RF IC, RF FEM, AiP, antenna and module manufacturers, as well as customers in communications, satellite, and system integration industries.

The OHM Fast OTA wireless measurement series provides comprehensive OTA testing capabilities for antennas and AiP modules, including radiation pattern characterization, beamforming performance evaluation, and 5G NR OTA testing. The system supports multi-band scanning and automated measurement control, making it suitable for per-unit functional testing in mass production of phased-array communication and radar products, as well as antenna tuning, beamforming calibration, and system-level OTA performance evaluation during the R&D stage.

The OHM Fast GT-S series is a multi-site ATE group testing solution designed for RF FEM devices. Combined with Ohmplus’ self-developed phase distribution and RF switching modules, the system supports 4-site or 8-site parallel testing and integrates measurement functions such as S-parameters, output power, EVM, mask, and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth testing. Leveraging a PXI-based architecture and group-testing technology, GT-S enables high test throughput with reduced instrument configuration, making it well suited for final test (FT) of packaged RF FEM devices.

In addition, Ohmplus provides phased-array antenna development kits and carbon-fiber composite CATR solutions, supplying key components to the low-Earth orbit satellite, B5G communications, defense, and RF semiconductor test supply chains. These products support next-generation high-frequency system development and measurement requirements, enabling customers to advance R&D and production in a more stable and controlled manner.

    is a highly integrated signal expansion module specifically designed for RF front-end module testing. With minimal instrument configuration, it enables synchronized multi-site testing, significantly improving testing efficiency and flexibility....

    • Modular Design:
      The MEB provides comprehensive RF, digital, and power interfaces, allowing different test configurations based on the connected instruments.

    • Wideband Testing Capability:
      Built-in active components support a frequency range from 500 MHz to 14 GHz.

    • High Power Support:
      Supports up to +16 dBm maximum continuous input power and delivers up to 16 dB maximum output gain.
