    • The Fully Automatic Centrifugal Filter uses centrifugal force to separate and remove fine chips and sludge from cutting fluids or water-based liquids. With a filtration precision of up to 10 μm and filtration efficiency of up to 95%, it provides stable and continuous filtration without filter paper or other consumables.

    Available in CF-600 and CF-1200 models, with capacities of 60 L/min and 120 L/min respectively, the system features fully automatic operation and automatic chip removal. Its compact design makes installation easy while helping reduce maintenance requirements and cutting fluid replacement costs.

    Suitable for metalworking, non-metalworking, grinding, glass, and semiconductor applications. It can be used with water-soluble or oil-based cutting fluids and is ideal for grinding machines, CNC milling machines, lathes, and other precision machining equipment. With no consumables required, it offers an environmentally friendly and cost-effective filtration solution.

    Available in AS-120 and AS-200 models with flow capacities of 12 L/min and 20 L/min, the system features fully automatic operation and automated impurity scraping. Its compact design ensures easy installation while minimizing maintenance overhead and cutting fluid replacement costs.
