Electric pumps for semiconductor

Overview

Since 1962 SIMACO is designing and producing electric pumps for the semiconductors field especially in the ETCHING & WAFERING process.

Our pumps, MD-CX series, magnetic driven type, has been positively tested with most of the fluid involved in the temperature control unit for the production of semiconductors, with a working temperature range that goes from -100°C to +350°C and compatible with the following fluid types:  
 

  • FLUORINERT FC3283 / FLUORINERT FC-770
  • 3M: NOVEC7000 / NOVEC7100/ NOVEC7200 /NOVEC7300 / NOVEC7500 / NOVEC7600
  • GALDEN PFPE / GALDEN HT
  • DOWTHERM
  • ASAHIKLIN AE3000 / ASAHIKLIN AC 2000

Thanks to the innovative impeller driven system, the motion is transmitted via magnetic joints without using mechanical seals, thus virtually reducing the risk of leakage to zero with a consequent reduction in maintenance costs

    In accordance to the field requirements our MD-CX pumps can be supplied with PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) with and without fan, in order to avoid the movement of dust.

    In addition to the above we are also experienced with:​

    • SPECIAL FEEDING VOLTAGE that suite the necessity of different market and final destination of the semiconductors machines.
