Exhibitor Liability Insurance Requirement

Certificates of Insurance (COI) Due by September 3, 2025

As a requirement for all SEMICON West exhibitors, it is necessary for you to carry general liability coverage
from an insurance company in good standing. Exhibitor insurance coverage is not optional.

 

1. Does your company already have business insurance?

You do not need to purchase insurance if your company already has business insurance – your insurance agent can provide you with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for the event:

• Send your Certificate of Insurance to [email protected]

Exhibitor Insurance Requirements:

1. Coverage Dates to Include: October 3-12, 2025
2. Certificate Holder: Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International, 673 S. Milpitas Boulevard Milpitas, CA 95035
3. Additional Insured: SEMI and Phoenix Convention Center. As respects to claims arising out of the operations of Exhibiting Company at SEMICON West 2025..
4. Minimum Policy Limits: $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate

If your company would rather not use its own insurance (similar to when you rent a car – so that claims would not be filed against your policy), a program is available with Rainprotection Insurance and you can purchase compliant insurance instantly online - please see #2 below.

 

2. International Exhibitors and Exhibitors whose company does not already have business insurance:

If your company does not have insurance, or you would rather not use your own insurance (similar to when you rent a car – so that claims would not be filed against your policy), a program is available with Rainprotection Insurance and you can purchase compliant insurance instantly online.
