Overview

Digital Dynamics (DDI) designs and manufactures best-in-class EtherCAT I/O control solutions for mission-critical OEM capital equipment.

DDI offers the industry's broadest selection of digital & analog I/O on the market. DDI's modular Fusion.IO platform enables quick selection, configuration and customization to support the OEM designers critical development timelines. Fusion.IO is built with intrinsic functional safety, certified by TÜV Rheinland to meet 61508 SIL 3 and ISO 13849-1:2015 Level e.  

The Fusion.IO platform supports I/O expansion using Remote I/O Modules, with I/O scan rates up to 8kHz. DDI's serial option card enables connection of legacy serial devices to the EtherCAT network.

Digital Dynamics Interlock Builder™ software measurably reduces system interlock design & commissioning time, speeding new product development and improving time-to-market. The Live Monitor feature enables access to the I/O fabric while in service, enabling easy validation of I/O states, as well as field troubleshooting.

DDI will customize its solutions for OEM's facing the challenging physical requirements of modern automated process equipment.
