MCV “solid state match box” for 13.56 MHz / 27.12MHz / 40.68MHz up to 3000W, based on wide-bandgap power transistors i.e., SiC and GaN to switch passive devices on and off in the load-matching network, matching the impedance of the load to the impedance of the RF power source, it is compact and cost effective.
