Sanwa Engineering is a leading company in wafer transfer systems.
We are based in Taiwan, we focus on the design and manufacture of small-volume customization of wafer transfer system. We are an expert with well established service offices in Taiwan and China for 20 years.
Our product lines include automated clean room robots, EFEM/Sorter and Stoker. Our customers range from process equipment manufacturers and semiconductor fabs.
