SilPac specializes in manufacturing and distributing high-purity gas delivery systems and industrial gas handling equipment.     • 1-, 2- & 3-Cylinder Gas Cabinets

    SilPac's gas cylinder cabinets feature auto or manual process panels. Both options include either PLC-style or Life safety-style controllers specific to the panel design, as well as dedicated process outlets and a built-in auto crossover feature.

    Our two-cylinder gas cabinets can be used to enclose process gases in either process/purge or process/process setups. Three-cylinder gas enclosures can be configured for process/process/purge with dedicated outlets, or with an auto crossover setup. Both options include a dedicated purge cylinder in the same enclosure. SilPac also offers a single bottle cabinet and these are usually paried with a dedicated purge bottle on the exterior to accommodate space limitations or use as storage for spare cylinder.

    • 4 & 8 Stick VMB Options

    SilPac designs and manufactures 4 and 8 stick valve manifold boxes (VMBs) for high purity and industrial gas handling applications.

    Our 4 and 8 stick VMB gas cabinets include a vent/purge feature with vacuum generator assist for hazardous process gases. Standard VMB assembly configurations include a single inlet process supply source with 4 or 8 process outlet gas stick configuration.

    • C Series PEM Hydrogen Generators

    Nel C10, C20, and C30 hydrogen generators feature proton exchange membrane (PEM) cell stack and PSA technology, offering consistent, on-site production of 99.999% ultra-high purity hydrogen. These generators are engineered for extreme purity and composition certainty with minimal maintenance requirements.


    C Series hydrogen generators utilize highly efficient load-following technology to sense demand and adjust production accordingly. These devices benefit users by improving supply reliability and site safety. They replace the need for tube trailers or liquid supply, providing quiet, dependable, space-saving solutions for any hydrogen-using facility.
