Even though AUROS is quite new company which's been set up in 2009, it has successfully provided many overlay metrology tools in Korean and Chinese customer sites and its performance has been already fully proven in many fabs. AUROS has already released the 3rd generation of overlay metrolgoy tool in the market. Our overlay tool can be applied to MEMORY Fabs (DRAM, 3D NAND), Foundry Fabs and CMOS fabs. The main advantage is the best accuracy, repeatability, customer support and CoO.
