上海众鸿创始于2011年1月，聚焦半导体核心制造领域。是集研发、生产、市场销售于一体的上海市高新技术认证企业，上海市“专精特新”企业，临港新片区重点企业，已通过ISO管理体系认证。目前自主研发设备有：涂胶显影设备TRACK、单片旋转式清洗设备SCRUBBER、立式炉管设备FURNACE、快速退火炉RTP等。广泛应用于半导体芯片制造领域，至今已获得专利近百项。公司于2021年3月在上海临港钻石园投资建设制造中心，厂房面积6846㎡，万级车间756㎡，千级车间322㎡， 已实现规模化量产。
ShangHai ZhongHong was founded in January 2011, focusing on core semiconductor manufacturing sectors. It is a Shanghai high-tech certified enterprise integrating R&D, production, and market sales, a "specialized, precise, unique, and new" company, and a key enterprise in the Lingang New Area. It has obtained ISO management system certification. Currently, we have developed our own equipment including TRACK , SCRUBBER , FURNACE and RTP . Widely applied in semiconductor chip manufacturing, it has obtained nearly a hundred patents to date. The company invested in building a manufacturing center in Shanghai's Lingang Diamond Park in March 2021, with a factory area of 6,846 square meters, including 756 square meters for Class 10,000 workshops and 322 square meters for Class 1,000 workshops, achieving large-scale production.
