Shanghai Jiaocheng Ultrasonic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiaocheng Ultrasonic") was established in 2007, with a background from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. It is a high-tech entity enterprise that specializes in providing ultrasonic equipment and application solutions.
Jiaocheng Ultrasonic offers a fully integrated service capability in R&D, production, sales, and after-sales support. About 30% of our workforce is dedicated to R&D, covering key disciplines such as mechanics, electrical engineering, acoustics, software, algorithms, and electronic circuits. We have comprehensive capabilities in designing, developing, and applying the core components and complete systems of ultrasonic equipment, including ultrasonic power supplies, transducers, acoustic tools, controllers, and online monitoring systems. Leveraging our proprietary ultrasonic technology platform, we provide customized ultrasonic solutions to customers in various industries, including semiconductors, new energy, automotive wiring, tires, and medical.
In the semiconductor industry, Jiaocheng Ultrasonic's main products include ultrasonic wire bonders, die attachers, ultrasonic scanning acoustic microscopes (SAM/SAT), pin-type ultrasonic welders, and terminal ultrasonic welders for semiconductors. Among these, the ultrasonic wire bonder, pin-type welder, and terminal welder are key equipment in semiconductor packaging and testing processes. The ultrasonic scanning acoustic microscope (C-SAM/SAT) is widely used for inspection of various products, including semiconductor wafers, chips, 2.5D/3D packaging, IGBT modules/SiC devices, and substrates (ceramic DBC/metal AMB).
Jiaocheng Ultrasonic is actively promoting the domestic substitution of high-end ultrasonic equipment in the semiconductor field. The company has achieved full-stack self-research and development of core components and software algorithms, including generators, transducers, consumables, and monitoring systems. Additionally, Jiaocheng Ultrasonic has invested in the research and development of equipment for advanced packaging.
